Abstract

This study explores the relationship between digital literacy, self-efficacy, and technology perception in supporting the transformation of technology-based learning. Using a library research method, this study identifies that digital literacy serves as a foundation, self-efficacy as a driver of motivation, and technology perception as a catalyst for adapting to technology. The results reveal that these three elements are interconnected, where low digital literacy increases cognitive load, low self-efficacy hinders participation, and negative technology perception exacerbates barriers to technology adoption in learning. This study offers theoretical and practical contributions to developing technology-based learning strategies that are more inclusive and adaptive. However, the limitation of this study as a library research opens opportunities for further studies involving empirical data to test these findings in broader contexts. Thus, this study provides essential guidance for educational institutions in addressing learning challenges in the digital era.
