Abstract

Community Service in the form of Church History learning activities is intended for grade 3 students at STAID Wollo for the 2022-2023 learning year. The selection of STAID Wollo as a community service partner was based on the consideration that this school aims to prepare workers who will serve full time in churches and Christian service institutions. Community Service in the  religious and theological teaching, which is the author's major is considered appropriate to serve them. Apart from that, based on identification and analysis of conditions, it was found that one of the main problems at STAID was a shortage of teachers. Entering the odd semester 2022-2023 there are only 4 permanent teachers at STAID Wollo. This condition is not balanced with the number of classes, number of students and number of existing subjects. This Community Service  was carried out onsite  in accordance with the planned number of meetings, namely, 15 meetings with a duration of 120 minutes each meeting. The material taught consists of 5 topics. By paying attention to the results of this activity, it can be concluded that the Community Service objectives have generally been achieved. However, there are several things that need to be considered, especially in motivating students to always attend learning. Teachers also need to think about learning designs based on the students' basic abilities in terms of language literacy.
